Vestavia Hills Soccer Club partners with STRIVE Birmingham as the 2025 Community Non-Profit Partner. STRIVE, a national leader in workforce development, empowers individuals 18+ with free career training and support, bridging the skills and opportunity gaps for life-changing success. Discover how VHSC and STRIVE work together to empower graduating seniors and strengthen our community.

Coach Stefan Vaziri, a Birmingham, AL native, has an impressive playing and coaching background. As a player, Stefan won six state championships at the club level and two state titles with Oak Mountain High School before continuing his soccer career at Northern Illinois University and the University of Montevallo.

In 2024, Stefan contributed to the 5A State Championship victory as an assistant coach for Mountain Brook High School’s girls’ varsity team, showcasing his ability to inspire and lead teams to success.

Stefan earned his USSF D License in 2024, further solidifying his commitment to coaching excellence and his dedication to making a positive impact in the soccer community.
